So here's the Plan...
1. Write out all the reasons I want to be a vegetarian. Make sure that these reasons are sound.
2. Take two weeks eating normally to see how much meat I consume, how much of my diet is already vegetarian, and how much my diet would have to change.
3. Continue researching during these two weeks. Start looking at vegetarian diet options. Take note of things such as iron, protein, and vitamins.

I am! Its really easy at my school bc we have a vegetarian/vegan place. But I eat a lot of hummus and other chickpea products bc they have lots of protein. I eat a lot of salad too. And I use tofu or wholesome veggies to replace meat.
